If you don't have gold and you pay to watch netflix only, then you are stupid and deserve to be ripped off. There are plenty of free options out there. Make no sense. In both situations you are paying for netflix. By your logic Netflix should not exist in a house unless said house owns a 360 and pays for Xbox live. Lmao!!! At saying you get to I understand you need Xbox Live to play games, chat, and download apps, but it's simply unacceptable to get booted off Netflix because you sign in from another console. No you do not need a Xbox gold account to watch Netflix. You do need a account connected to the internet but as long as your account is at least silver and you are connected to the internet you can watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube and all the other apps as well.
