Smart Hub 2 losing Port Forwarding after a few hours? I'm at my wits end with this and am hoping someone can help, we just got a new Smarthub 2 and it's working beautifully in every respect except that I have a few network security cameras which need to be port forwarded through the router so we can access them externally.

I've just joined BT and I'm trying to add the portforwarding rules I need and had on my previous router (Thompson 585v7). I created a ruleset named "eMule (38297)" forwarding TCP 38297 and UDP 16318. When I go to assign it, I select the rule then my PC and it changes the name to "BT HomeSafe Cam BT wall socket > hub 6 > ethernet cable to netgear router. i use the bt hub 6 for bttv which is connected from the hub 6 port to powerline adapters and the Netgear provides the wifi to the house and is the plex server. I chose this as the parental controls are much more advanced on the netgear router over the bt hub. @flamethrower, many thanks for the reply, unfortunately the solutions to those issues don't seem to help, and I have also tried the Aruba RAP on 3 other routers with the same results.I just need to make sure that I'm doing everything correctly in the set up of the port forwarding to be able to prove that opening this port doesn't work so I can pass it back to my IT support to resolve the issue.
